If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, please email us at soulbridgeai.contact@gmail.com using the same email linked to your account. Make sure to clearly request account deletion in your message. We take data privacy seriously and will process your request promptly.

Subscriptions can be managed directly through the payment platform used for your purchase (Google Payments, Stripe, etc.). If you need assistance navigating the cancellation process, feel free to contact us and we'll guide you through it.

All purchases are final. If you believe there was an error in your transaction, please reach out within 7 days of purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve any legitimate issues.

Each Bronze tier user is allowed one 5-hour trial per account. This trial unlocks Silver and Gold tier companion access plus 60 trainer credits to experience premium features. One-time only per user to prevent abuse.

Color customization is available to Silver and Gold tier subscribers. Each companion has their own unique color theme that automatically applies when you select them, creating a personalized experience.

Ads help keep SoulBridge AI free to use. Bronze tier users see ads while using features to support the platform. Upgrading to Silver ($12.99/month) or Gold tier ($19.99/month) removes all ads permanently and provides enhanced features.
