SoulBridge AI is an AI-powered platform that provides:

• AI companion conversations with tier-based access (Free: GamerJay | Growth: Sky, GamerJay Premium | Max: Crimson, Violet | Referral Rewards: Blayzo, Nyxara)
• Emotional processing tools (Decoder, Voice Journaling)
• Wellness features (Fortune, Horoscope, Meditations)
• Creative and productivity assistance (Creative Writer, Mini Studio for Gold tier)
• Anonymous community sharing with companion avatars

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use the service for harmful, illegal, or malicious purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SoulBridge AI
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Understand that AI responses are generated content, not professional advice

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Availability

We strive to keep SoulBridge AI available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Subscription and Billing

SoulBridge AI offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Soul Companion (Free): Access to all features using Artistic Time credits. New users receive 100 welcome credits.
• Soul Companion Pro: $12.99/month - Includes 300 monthly Artistic Time credits and ad-free experience
• Soul Companion Pro (Annual): $117/year (25% savings) - Same as Pro monthly with annual billing

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
• No refunds policy - you retain access for the full paid period
• Credits reset monthly and do not roll over between billing cycles
• Additional credits can be purchased by active subscribers

Referral Program

SoulBridge AI offers a referral program that allows users to earn exclusive companion rewards by referring friends:

• Each user receives a unique referral code that can be shared
• Referral rewards are unlocked at specific thresholds (Blayzo requires 1000 referral points, Nyxara requires 6 referral points)
• Referred users must verify their account (email/phone) and maintain account activity for 24+ hours
• Anti-abuse measures are in place to prevent fraudulent referrals
• Referral rewards include exclusive companions: Blayzo - The Community Champion and Nyxara - The Mystical Guardian
• Referral companions provide unique personalities and special features not available through subscriptions
• We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards obtained through fraudulent means

Companion System

Users can access different companions based on their subscription tier and referral achievements:

• Companions provide unique AI personalities and conversation experiences
• Each companion has distinct themes, personalities, and special features
• Subscription-based companions are available as long as your subscription is active
• Referral-earned companions remain permanently unlocked in your account
• We may add new companions or modify existing ones to improve the experience

Anonymous Community System

SoulBridge AI provides an anonymous community feature where users can share thoughts and connect with others:

• Anonymous-Only Posting: All community posts are anonymous - usernames are never displayed
• Companion Avatars: Posts are displayed with your selected companion avatar for visual representation
• Content Categories: Posts are organized by categories (Gratitude, Peace, Growth, Healing, Dreams, Mood, Stress Relief)
• Emoji Reactions: Users can react to posts with approved emojis only - no comments or replies
• Content Moderation: All posts are subject to automated safety filtering and manual review
• Reporting and Muting: Users can report inappropriate content and mute specific authors, companions, or categories
• No Personal Information: Users must not share personal information, contact details, or attempts to de-anonymize others
• Community Guidelines: Content must be respectful, supportive, and focused on wellness and personal growth

Community Content Rules:

• Posts must be original thoughts, not copied content
• No spam, repetitive content, or promotional material
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• No self-harm content or crisis situations (please contact professional help)
• No attempts to share contact information or meet offline
• Content should promote positive mental health and wellness

Enforcement: Violation of community guidelines may result in content removal, temporary muting, or account restrictions. We reserve the right to moderate content at our discretion to maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Limitation of Liability

SoulBridge AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

• Automatic Content Filtering: Posts are automatically scanned for personal information and blocked before publication
• Limited Metadata: We only store necessary data for moderation and service improvement, not user behavior tracking

What We Don't Store: We do not store IP addresses, device fingerprints, or any other data that could be used to de-anonymize community posts. All identifying information is separated from community content.
